STEM Birds is thrilled to present the SPIKE™ Prime Robotics Competition—an exciting adventure where kids can unleash their creativity, build robots, win fantastic prizes, and have tons of fun!

ands-On Building Fun: Work with SPIKE™ Prime kits to bring your robotic ideas to life! - 🏆 Three Exciting Challenges:
- Speed Build Challenge (Ages 5-8): Can you build a robotic animal that moves, senses, or makes sounds the fastest? Prove your speed and skills!
- Obstacle Course Navigation (Ages 9-12): Design a robot that conquers obstacles and navigates tricky terrain—show off your programming genius!
- Robot Rescue Mission (Ages 13-15): Become a hero by building a robot that uses sensors and coding to rescue a stranded LEGO figure—think smart, solve fast!
About the Competition: This competition is designed for students aged 5 to 15, divided into three age groups (5-8, 9-12, and 13-15). Over the course of 4 weeks, students will have the chance to build and program their own LEGO Prime robot. Each team will work on their robot for 3 hours every Saturday at our STEM Birds Docklands location, starting from November 9. The final competition and robot presentation will take place on December 7th, 2024.
What You Get:

Event Details:
- Location: STEM Birds, 21 Wharf Street, The District, Docklands VIC
- Dates: Make your robot on Saturdays in November—9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th (from 10 AM to 1 PM) Students are required to come to STEMBirds Docklands to work on their robotic models for 4 weeks for 3 hours.
- Grand Finale: December 7th, 2024—Final competition and robot exhibition!
- Team Up: Register as a team of 3-4 students, or sign up individually and we’ll place you in a team.
- Entry Fees: $200 per team or $50 for individual entries
- Age Groups: 5-8, 9-12, 13-15
